For an original artwork and a set of giclee prints of one size:

1. Create an artwork record for the original artwork.

2. Create a second artwork record for the giclee prints that is tagged as multi-ed.

-- This second artwork record can have the same Title as the original but will need a different Work Number.
-- The Medium might be giclee or something more specific such as “giclee on rag paper”. You can use the Medium field in conjuction with the Substrate field.

For an original artwork and sets of giclee prints of different sizes:

1. Create an artwork record for the original artwork.

2. Select one of the following options for the Multi-Ed Artwork record for the Giclee prints:

Create an additional artwork record for the giclee print that is tagged as multi-ed. Create Proofs for each size print. Take this option if every print has a different number regardless of size.

OR

Create a separate artwork record for each different sized giclee. Each artwork record can have the same title as the original but will need a different work number. Take this option if you want to number each size set from number one.
